Privacy information

Your coaching records, laboratory reports and photographs are private. Andrew can access them to provide your individual coaching; other clients cannot.

Health information is sensitive personal data. Access is limited to authorised accounts, files are stored privately, and access to records is logged.

Your information and rights

Contact Andrew through your private messages to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. You may also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Before real client health data is collected, Andrew must confirm the controller’s contact details, lawful basis and special-category condition, retention periods, processors, international transfers and complaints process. This interim information is not a complete UK GDPR privacy notice.
